Return & Refund Policy

At FootyGoods, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Personalized or custom-made products (e.g. printed names/numbers)
  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email us at support@footygoods.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your request is approved, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first — returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@footygoods.com with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly at no extra cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund after the stated processing time:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before the refund is officially posted
  3. Contact your bank, as processing time can vary

If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@footygoods.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at support@footygoods.com.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, and you'll need to follow the standard return process.
